I was a semi-nervous wreck all day today. My first group session was tonight and I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Boy was my time, energy, and effort wasted. It was an hour long boredom fest. We did worksheets and meditated and that’s about it. How in the world is that supposed to help me with depression? I took a class one semester in college that was just like that. And that was also a waste of time. It was supposed to be 2 hours but the person leading the group wasn’t feeling good so we got out early. I don’t think I’ll be going back to that group any time soon.
Tomorrow is my first individual session. Wish me luck.
